The difference between Avikai and the others is simply that this place knows my name, my concerns, my friends, my likes/dislikes, my skin type, weight issues, etc.. and has consistently made me and others that I refer feel welcomed.

Simple tests were taken,which it only took an hour and then was told about my Body Fat Analysis, Metabolic Rate Analysis, cholesterol, thyroid, and many more. With that I was given a program to follow. I have been on so many different diets that I believe that by body was stuck at the weight it was.
